Return & Exchange

Product Inspection Upon Delivery:
You may inspect the product's size and fabric while the delivery agent is present.

No Returns or Exchanges After Delivery:
Once the delivery agent has left, no returns or exchanges are accepted for any reason.

Full Order Only – No Partial Returns:
If you ordered multiple items, you must either accept the full order or return it entirely. Partial returns are not allowed.

Failure to Receive the Order:
If the order is refused or not received, the customer must pay the shipping fees through one of our available payment methods.
